december/13/2006. all of Kretz´s products are approved by INTI. if INTI doesn´t give you the OK, you can´t make technology, they test everything in everyway and then a little more. so we made a press ad and then a little campaign out of the notion of being able to rely on this technology. the campaign finally didn´t run but i´m proud of Diego and Luis Callegari (we were class mates, we took him in and he is doing very well) for being behind it.
At last the ham accepted the salami as part of it´s family.One knows who to trust.
